About Rodjana

Rodjana is an experienced barista whose life has revolved around coffee since she was young. She grew up near her family’s coffee farm in Mae Hong Son. However, it wasn’t until she went to university and explored the local coffee shops, that she realized how much she loved the taste.

After Rodjana graduated, she helped her brother roast and sell coffee beans. She then became the head barista at a coffee shop in Chiang Mai. On the side, she created her own coffee soap business and sold many products in Bangkok.

The Farm

Rodjana's family farm (pictured here) is located 1400 metres above sea level - the ideal altitude for growing arabica coffee beans.

Sook's Mission

• Eco-friendly: Sook uses only biodegradable materials to limit the environmental impact of the shop.

• Ethically Sourced: By only using coffee beans from her family's farm, Rose can guarantee that all ingrediants are ethically sourced.

• Community: Part of Sook's mission is to help the local community by boosting local tourism, especially travelers on the "Mae Hong Son Loop".
